Ideally, applicants at all levels will possess the following technical skills, commitment and qualifications:
- Proven experience in Civil Construction
- Work Permits / Visas must be current and valid
- Hold a clean drivers license & Own transport to work
- Must be able to complete an application form and return it to us
- Provide two work references
- Undergo a pre-employment medical, which includes a drug and alcohol test
- Committed to turning up for work every day
- Work quickly and accurately under construction pressure
- Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental site requirements
- Be able to work weekends, nights and public holidays if and when requested

What will you be doing?
You will be part of a crew working on a variety of civil projects from transport infrastructure & major earthworks to underpass construction, drainage and stormwater treatment. In order to undertake this role to your best ability you must have the following skills, qualifications and / or training;
- Have previous experience working on a Construction Site
- Hold Class 1 and 2 Drivers Licence as a minimum
- Hold W T & R Endorsement
- Have proven previous experience in operating Heavy Plant
- High attention to detail
- Be able to understand construction drawings
- High level of H&S understanding
