Civil Alliance is an established civil construction company. Our Head Office is Based in Auckland and we have satellite offices across the country.

Excellent opportunities exist for Civil Construction Personnel to join our team on a full time basis. We are looking for employees, not only with the right skill sets but importantly, with the right attitude to join a highly motivated team of committed individuals.

Ideally, applicants at all levels will possess the following technical skills, commitment and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Civil Construction
  • Work Permits / Visas must be current and valid
  • Hold a clean drivers license & Own transport to work
  • Must be able to complete an application form and return it to us
  • Provide two work references
  • Undergo a pre-employment medical, which includes a drug and alcohol test
  • Committed to turning up for work every day
  • Work quickly and accurately under construction pressure
  • Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental site requirements
  • Be able to work weekends, nights and public holidays if and when requested
  • Be physically fit

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a crew working on a variety of civil projects from transport infrastructure & major earthworks to underpass construction, drainage and stormwater treatment.  We strive to be the best at what we do and in turn ensure that we choose to only work for Tier 1 companies in the industry.

Machine Operator


Our Auckland based company are seeking a reliable Machine Operator for an immediate start.

In order to undertake this role to your best ability you must have the following skills, qualifications and / or training;

  • Have previous experience working on a Construction Site
  • Hold Class 1 and 2 Drivers Licence as a minimum
  • Hold W T & R Endorsement
  • Have proven previous experience in operating Heavy Plant
  • High attention to detail
  • Be able to understand construction drawings
  • High level of H&S understanding
  • Be physically Fit
