Over the past decade, we have been involved in four major alliance projects, all of different types, giving us an excellent base knowledge of alliance principles, culture and values in a wide range of multidiscipline projects. The alliance model connects very well with our core strengths in managing people, complex project management, time efficiency and target achievement. We have supervised the construction of major contracts which have involved teams of up to 160 direct staff and many subcontractors.

The projects below demonstrate past experience of Civil Alliance staff on alliance projects, but are independent of Civil Alliance which is a new model of engagement.
